face mask
A face mask will be required at all times during your visit and should be designed to secure behind the ear. Disposable masks will be available if needed.
hand sanitize
Upon arrival we ask that you sanitize your hands. We have a sanitize station set up as you walk in. We also have multiple sanitizers throughout the salon.
OUR GOAL AT MSDS IS SIMPLE
Offering style and comfort, our clients come in to relax while enjoying the small sense of normalcy in this pandemic. Due to our current situation the following procedures have been implemented for not only our safety but for the safety of you and your loved ones
UPON ARRIVAL
In anticipation of your upcoming appoitment at MSDS, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Due to health guidelines, please wait in your vehicle or outside and call the salon at 413-528-9999 to notify us of your arrival. We will inform you when you may enter the salon or spa.
entrance
A sanitizing station is set up as you enter the salon, please sanitize hands. One of our team members will get you seated at your station where you will remain during the duration of your visit.
limited capacity
We are operating at limited capacity to ensure 6ft distancing. Each station will be sanitized and prepared for the next guest immediately after services have been complete.
home care products
To minimize unnecessary contact all of your favorite products will be available upon request. During your service ask your professional to help you choose your optimal home care package and it will be ready for check out. We also do curbside retail for your product needs in-between appointments.
payment
We are currently taking all forms of payment. We have apple pay for a contactless option.
