At this time we have halted our online booking and rescheduling until we get out waitlisted guests scheduled.
We will be in touch via phone. Starting with the guests who were canceled back in March.
Our salon will also operate 7 days a week with new hours. Our stylists will also be working different hours to accommodate the fact that we can only have 4 stylists with 4 guests in our salon to social distance properly. This is a tough time, but we are hopeful it will be temporary.
In preparation of our reopening we would like to share some of the things we will be doing differently during your visit.
Below you will find some of our new protocols we are using to keep you and our team healthy and safe.
ALL visits will be by appointment only. Unfortunately at this time we will not be accepting walk-ins.
ALL guests arriving for a visit will remain in their car until we call or text you when it's safe to enter the salon/ spa. There will be a "self check-in" feature that will notify us of your arrival.
(This one makes us sad) All stylists will refrain from hugging and handshakes with guests at this time. Love will be expressed at a safe social distance.
Guests are highly encouraged to use hand sanitizer when entering the salon.
Stylists will be using hand sanitizer before and after each service on their guests.
ALL guests and stylists will wear a mask while in salon and spa. We highly encourage guests to wear masks with loop holes behind the ears. A loop can be undone for your stylist to perform your service(s).
Extra time will be scheduled to allow sanitation between guests.
Common areas will be sanitized every 30 minutes as time allows and between guests.
We have installed plexiglass in reception area and nail area for added precaution
We ask that at this time you come to your visit by yourself. If you need the assistance of another person, please let us know at the time of making appointment so that we can prepare.
Lastly if you or someone you've encountered has been sick please reschedule your appointment. This is obviously for everyones safety.
We look forward to seeing everyone and we appreciate the patience of not only our guests, but from our team as well during this uncertain time.
