We just finished our first week! We are so excited to be back in the salon giving our guests a sense of normalcy, even with our new normal. Our guests have been so patient and understanding during this time. We wouldn't be able to do any of this without our team. We are so grateful and blessed with each and every one of our team members. Everyone showed up for our zoom meetings while in quarantine and showed up to our outdoor social distance team meeting. Everyone had great ideas and we continue to get creative with what we can do to enhance your services. We even have an outdoor hair cabana now. The weather has to be good in order to use it, but it's a great option for someone wanting to be outside enjoying the fresh air.

Every guest gets a clean new cape for your service. As always robes are one use then cleaned. However we ask that in order to save on water and energy that only our guests receiving color services wear a robe.
We are sanitizing EVERYTHING before and after every service, as well as throughout the day.
You will find multiple hand sanitizing stations throughout the salon as well as antibacterial hand soap in our bathrooms.
All tools, stations, and shampoo sinks are sanitized in-between services as well.
Masks are required for everyone in our building, as well as in our outdoor hair cabana. We have disposable masks for sale for $2. We ask that you wear a mask with ear loops, as they are easier for us to provide services.
We ask that when you arrive to your appointment you call us @ 413-528-9999 to let us know you're here. One of our team members will let you know when you can enter the Salon.
Please leave coat or jacket in the car. Bring only what you need.
At this time snacks and beverages are not available in our salon. Please bring your own beverage if needed.
When you enter the salon please immediately use hand sanitizer located as you enter the salon. If you prefer antibacterial hand soap and water please wash hands.
Your stylist will greet you and bring you to their station where you will remain for your visit. To limit traffic through the salon, there is not a "cutting room" & "coloring room" for now.
When choosing retail, your stylist will pick out your retail and bring to the checkout area.
Don't forget to prebook, with limited occupancy its extremely important to book in order to guarantee your next visit.
We are all so excited to be back in the salon again. The first week went beautifully. Our spa is still waiting for a re-open date, as soon as we get a date we will be in touch. Our blog will soon be less about Covid and more about trends, fashion, and beauty.
