We understand that we are in a pandemic. This does not apply to anyone who is sick or has been exposed to someone who is sick.
Lately we have been experiencing a few too many last minute cancellations or no shows. If you can give us more than 24 hours of course that's preferred. We check voicemail every day, even Sunday's.
If you cancel after 24 hours, we charge half of the service cost of the appointment booked. Our stylists depend on the appointments booked in their schedules. Thank you for understanding.
